- RECRUITMENT POSITION
- 03 Sales Staff cum Technical Support for Electroplating Chemicals, Anti-Corrosion, Stainless Steel Polishing.
- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Seek, advise, and persuade customers to use the company's products and services.
- Responsible for sales in the assigned area.
- Negotiate and sign orders/contracts.
- Build and maintain close relationships with existing customers and develop new customer networks to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop sales plans and service activities to achieve sales and revenue targets in the assigned area.
- Prepare job reports according to the company's regulations.
- Perform other related tasks as required by superiors.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Qualifications
- Graduated from College or higher.
- Major in Chemistry, Biology, Environment, etc.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience. Priority given to candidates with experience working in companies with similar business fields.
- Necessary Skills
- Proficient in office computer skills.
- Leadership and teamwork skills, planning, overseeing, and supervising work.
- Ability to synthesize, analyze, and solve arising tasks.
- Good communication skills.
- Additional Skills
- Communication skills in English are an advantage.
- Knowing how to drive is an advantage as the company has available cars.
